Cancellation Policy

🎧 1-on-1 Virtual Audio Lesson Policy These sessions are built to help you break through creative and technical blocks — fast. Please read through the policy so we can both show up ready and in sync. 🔹 Session Overview Length: 2 hours (virtual only) Platform: Zoom or Google Meet Purpose: Come with focused questions, a song/project to work on, or topics you'd like to master (Pro Tools, vocal mixing, plugin use, gain staging, etc.) Recording: Sessions can be recorded and sent to you after (with your permission) 🔹 Booking & Payment Full payment is required to confirm your session. After purchase, you’ll receive a calendar link to book your session time. Time slots are available Monday–Saturday between 11 AM – 9 PM (EST). 🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. If you miss your session without notice, the session will be considered used and no credit will be issued. You are allowed one reschedule per paid session (if notice is given on time). 🔹 How to Prepare To get the most from your session: Be in a quiet space with a stable internet connection. Have your DAW open and any files or references ready. Use headphones and a mic so we can communicate clearly. Be on time — we’ll start and end on schedule. 🔹 Session Goals By the end of your 2-hour session, you’ll leave with: Real solutions to what you’re stuck on Workflow tips tailored to your DAW & setup Confidence to keep creating and improving on your own 🔹 Respect & Professionalism Respect each other’s time — show up focused, prepared, and ready to learn.
